What you read here is general information about security and how I work. It is not professional advice for your situation. Your systems, risks and obligations are specific to you. Before you act on anything here, get advice that looks at your actual setup. That can be from me, under a written agreement, or from someone else you trust.

No guarantee against incidents

Security reduces risk. It does not remove it. No control, configuration or program can stop every attack or incident, and nothing on this site promises that it will.

Audits and certification

Audit results and certifications, such as a SOC 2 report, are decided by the independent auditor, not by Outbound Strategies. I help you prepare and gather evidence from controls that work. I cannot promise a particular audit outcome, customer decision or insurance result.

Any work I do is described and governed by a separate written agreement. Descriptions of services on this site are summaries and do not create a warranty or obligation on their own.
